How to Order
You may either:
- Use the online order form below (you will need an email address to use the form);
- Download and print our order form and either fax or post it off to us; (Adobe Acrobat Reader required)
- Contact us with your specific request.
Payment Options
If you are faxing or posting the order to us, payment will be required with the order. Payment should be made by cheque (made out to "Wilson Name Tapes"). Note: at this stage, we cannot accept Credit Card payments over the Internet. Any orders placed over the internet (via email or the form below) will be payable on receipt of the invoiced goods.
